Shipping policy

Delivery is carried out from Poland, by airmail with a tracking number for the parcel. The postal operator is the Polish State Post (Poczta Polska). The delivery time of the parcel depends on the country of receipt.

Some terms:

  • USA and Canada 10-30 business days
  • European Union from 8 working days
  • Norway -20-30 working days
  • Australia and Oceania - 20-40 working days
  • Latin America -20-40 business days.
The minimum package cost is $6 and depends on weight and volume. You can see the shipping cost in your cart when placing an order before paying.
Express delivery services can be provided upon request. Due to the high cost of this service, it will be paid separately after checking the details with DHL. The estimated cost of express delivery of a minimum parcel (500 grams) is from $65 and depends on the destination country.
PLEASE NOTE: Some countries impose taxes on online purchases and may require your parcel to clear customs. The costs of additional payment of taxes and customs duties are borne by the buyer. Please check with your country's customs or postal service for this information. This information is usually provided on the postal service website.

 Most customs charges are due once the package arrives in the destination country. The cost of the charges is based on: 

  • The price and type of item 
  • The package weight and dimensions, 
  • The origin country the package is being shipped from 
  • The taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country
Some examples:
  • Goods arriving into Norway

For amounts higher than 3,000 NOK VAT is charged and collected at the border.

  • Goods arriving into Australia

For amounts higher than $1,000 AUD, GST and any other taxes are charged and collected at the border

  • Goods arriving into Singapore

For items with a value $400 SGD and more, GST is charged and collected at the border

  • .Goods arriving into the United Kingdom

For amounts higher than £135 GBP, VAT is charged and collected at the border.
